What we shoot for

Two looks do most of the work.

Commercial

Warmer, brighter, more open. The approachable read that gets you seen for spots, industrials, and anything where the brief says “relatable.”

Theatrical

Cooler, tighter, more still. The dramatic read for film, television, and stage submissions, where the eyes have to carry the whole frame.

Your type

The role you actually get called in for. Bring the wardrobe and we shoot the version of you that matches the breakdowns you are being submitted to.

What you are submitting to down here

South Florida casts differently.

This is not a market where you pick one lane and stay in it. The same actor in Broward is submitting to a Spanish-language network in Miami on Monday, a cruise line audition on Tuesday, and a tourism spot on Thursday. The headshot has to survive all three inboxes.

Spanish-language television

Telemundo and Univision both run out of Miami, which makes bilingual and Latino casting one of the largest slices of work in the region, and a look worth shooting deliberately rather than hoping your commercial frame covers it.

Cruise line entertainment

Port Everglades is up the road and the major lines cast performers out of South Florida year-round. Singers, dancers, and cast members need a clean, current headshot on file, and usually a fuller frame to go with it.

Regional stage & commercial

The Broward Center and the South Florida house circuit for theatrical submissions; tourism, hospitality, and healthcare for commercial and print, which shoot here all year because the light never quits.

Not sure which looks your submissions actually need? Bring what you have been sent out for and we will work it out at the start of the session. That is what the coaching is for.

Before you ask

Questions, answered.

How many looks should I bring?
Two covers most submissions: one commercial, one theatrical. A Signature Headshot Session gives you four, which is enough to add a specific type you are being seen for without booking a second sitting.
Do you shoot to casting crop standards?
Yes. Finals come cropped the way casting platforms and agents expect, plus a wider frame from the same file in case your rep asks for room.
Colour or black and white?
Colour is the standard for submissions. Black and white conversions of your selects can be included on request at no extra charge.
Can my agent pick the selects?
Of course. The gallery link is shareable, so your rep can mark favourites before you order retouching.
Do you shoot three-quarter or full-body shots as well?
Yes, and in this market it is worth it. Cruise line and dance submissions usually want a fuller frame alongside the headshot, so we shoot it in the same session rather than sending you back for a second one.
