A headshot lounge for conferences, conventions, and trade shows that wows attendees, who get coached through it in minutes and leave with a headshot that looks like them, while organizers and sponsors get the busiest, best-remembered spot on the floor. Serving all of South Florida, Orlando, and Tampa.

One sponsor booth, one ballroom foyer, or hundreds of attendees.

Backdrop, lights, and a tethered screen come in as one kit and set up inside your footprint. Attendees scan a QR code, input their info, step in, get two or three cues, see the images, and move on.

Planning answers

Before your event day.

How many people can you photograph in an hour?
Roughly 25 to 30 an hour at a steady rotation, and even more with a second photographer. Everyone still gets direction. At this pace it is two or three cues rather than a full sitting, which is all most people need.
Can you handle a large conference or convention?
Yes. The lounge is designed around efficient coaching, consistent photography, and organized delivery. At the 2026 PRIMA convention we photographed approximately 400 attendees.
How much floor space does the lounge need?
A 10x10 booth is comfortable and 8x8 works. All that is required is one standard power drop and enough depth to keep the backdrop off the subject. Ballroom corners and foyers work as well as exhibit halls.
Do attendees get their photo right away?
Yes. Images are reviewed on screen at the lounge and delivered immediately by email or a QR link, so people can post from the event while it is still happening.
Can the images be branded for our sponsor?
Yes. Backdrop colour, a branded delivery page, and a logo lockup on the email are all standard options. The sponsor gets the attribution and the attendee gets a photo they actually keep.
Can we capture attendee details at the lounge?
Yes. Name and email are collected to deliver each photo, so the lounge doubles as lead capture. The list is handed over after the event; how you use it is between you and your attendees.
How is an event priced?
Per event, based on hours on the floor, expected volume, and how the images are delivered and branded. Send the dates, the venue, and your headcount estimate and a quote comes back the same day.
