Before you ask

Questions, answered.

How long does each person take?
Schedule five minutes per person. Everyone still gets coached on expression, posture, and framing. It is simply a tighter loop. Larger teams are scheduled in blocks so nobody stands in a line.
What do you need from us on the day?
A space roughly 8 by 10 feet with a standard power outlet, and about 45 minutes to set up before the first person. Conference rooms and empty offices both work.
How is a corporate session priced?
Per group, not per person off a menu. Pricing depends on headcount, the number of locations, and how many retouched finals each person receives. Send your headcount and date and a quote comes back the same day.
Can people who miss the day be added later?
Yes. Late arrivals and new hires can book into the Fort Lauderdale studio, and their images are lit and finished to match the set already delivered so the team page stays consistent.
How do we receive the images?
One private gallery for the organization, with each person's frames grouped under their name. Retouched finals arrive sized for your website, LinkedIn, and print, and the gallery stays available for new-hire additions.
Do you photograph conferences and trade shows too?
Yes, though that runs differently: higher volume, shorter rotations, and delivery on the floor. That work is covered on the events and conventions page.
